Dr. Johnstone Ochuma is a distinguished educationist and curriculum development expert with extensive experience in educational communication technology and technical education. He holds a PhD in Education (Educational Communication Technology) from the University of Nairobi and a Master’s Degree in Education (Technology Education) from Moi University, specializing in Mechanical Engineering (Automotive Engineering Option) and Educational Communication Technology, A Bachelor’s Degree in Technology Education from Moi University, a Diploma in Technical Education from Kenya Technical Teachers College, and various certifications in Automotive Engineering from Thika Technical Training Institute. Dr. Ochuma has a strong professional background, having served as a Senior Lecturer at Kisumu Polytechnic and a Motor Mechanic at Kenya Airways and Thika Motor Dealers. His expertise extends to syllabus writing and review for TIVET, where he contributed to curriculum development at K.I.E in 2008. Dr. Robert Kennedy Gichuhi Ndegwa is an experienced education policy expert and strategic leader with a strong background in education governance, policy formulation, and curriculum development. He currently serves as the Director of Education and Deputy Head of the Directorate at the State Department for Basic Education, where he oversees national education policies, stakeholder partnerships, and regional integration efforts within the East African Community. He holds a PhD in Business Administration (Strategic Management), Master of Business Administration, University of Nairobi and Bachelor of Education , Kenyatta University. He has held key leadership positions in basic, secondary, and technical education, contributing to infrastructure development, education reforms, and curriculum advancements. He is passionate about improving access to quality education, fostering collaboration between government and private sector stakeholders, and driving meaningful policy changes that enhance learning outcomes. Kiunga Kingirwa Justus is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and Managing Partner at Kiunga Kingirwa & Co. Advocates, specializing in corporate law, litigation, arbitration, and financial services law. He holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Nairobi, a postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. He is currently pursuing a Master of Laws (LL.M.) at the University of Nairobi, He is an associate member of the chartered Institute of Arbitrators-Kenya chapter. Ms. Dorcas Kimwetich, holds Master’s Degree in Business Administration & Management- (Marketing option and Education) from Day Star University.She Worked in the Petroleum Industry for the past 17 years as a marketer, Astute business lady in hospitality and director of Rorok Victory Academy.

Dr. Joel Mabonga, holds a doctor of philosophy in Management of Education change from Kenyatta University, a Master of Philosophy Educational Administration from Moi University and a bachelor’s degree in Education from Kenyatta University, besides other corporate governance courses. He has served the nation in various capacities including Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Independent Police Oversight Authority (IPOA), Senior Deputy Director, Corporate Services, Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development, Director-Voter Education and partnership at the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) and a lecturer at Kenyatta University. His exemplary performance saw him win the prestigious 2017 Ombudsman award for effective Public Service Delivery besides other accolades. Appointed as the Managing Director/Chief Executive officer SEPU from 26th July, 2022.
